Alessandro Belloni

I am Alessandro Belloni, a naturalist, animal rights advocate, and amateur wildlife photographer and videomaker. Born in Rome, Italy, in 1992, I have always been drawn to wild places and the creatures that inhabit them—a connection that has shaped both my personal life and my professional path.
Through my photography, I aim to tell the stories of our planet’s most vulnerable species and ecosystems. Whether in forests, deserts, mountains, or remote islands, I seek to capture not only the beauty of wildlife but also the urgency of protecting it. Each image is more than a visual record—it is a call to action, inviting reflection on the fragility of life and our role in preserving it.
My career as a professional pilot allows me to travel extensively, providing unique perspectives on diverse habitats and enabling me to document wildlife in its many forms. These experiences fuel my visual storytelling and expand the scope of the narratives I bring to life through photography and film.
Collaboration is central to my mission. I work with non-profit organizations and conservation groups to document species and habitats, raise awareness of urgent threats such as poaching, deforestation, and climate change, and inspire collective responsibility for safeguarding our natural heritage.
I believe images have the power to move people, spark empathy, and drive change. Through my lens, I strive to give voice to the voiceless, bridging the gap between human society and the wild world that sustains us. Ultimately, my goal is to contribute meaningfully to global conservation efforts—by raising awareness, encouraging dialogue, and motivating action.

I take photos to share what I love about the world. They’re not just images, they’re moments, stories, and my way of connecting with nature.
